2025/7/5 Ph.D. Written Qualifying Exam Application( before 6/2)

The Ph.D. Qualifying Exam (written part) of this semester will be held on 2025/7/5.

If you plan to take the Qualifying Exam(written part), please fill in the attached application form and have it signed by the advisory committee members.

The deadline of application is 2025/6//2 (Please send back the application form as an electronically scanned document), so that professors can schedule exams according to the subjects selected by students.

※ Please leave ample time for advisory committee members to sign. Late applications due to waiting for signatures from committee members will not be accepted.

※ Students who choose to substitute 4 A for Qualifying Exams are not subject to the application time of 6/2 , but still have to finish your 4A for QE before the deadline based on your enrollment year.
